Mercenary. Retainer to Xander, with a mysterious history. He's a friendly (but secretly shy) flirt who wants to be a dancer someday.
Peri
Cavalier. Xander's retainer, she was a spoiled child--and still acts like one. Peri loves combat and bloodshed.
Odin
Dark mage. Leo's retainer has plenty of theatrical flair. He enjoys giving absurd names to his weapons and moves.
Niles
Outlaw. This former thief currently serves as Leo's retainer. He seems calm and mature, but enjoys flirting with just about everyone.
Camilla
Malig Knight. Elder princess of Nohr. She adores her siblings and acts as a mother figure to your
character--but is a terror on the battlefield.
Elise
Troubador. The youngest Norhian princess. She's playful and innocent, and loves her siblings to the point of hero worship.
Selena
Mercenary. Retainer to Camilla, Selena is strong-willed and often angry. But she does have a friendly side.
Beruka
Wyvern Rider. Retainer to Camilla, Beruka is quiet and seemingly emotionless. She's been an assassin since she was young.
Arthur
Fighter. Elise's retainer, he's a local hero from a small town. Has an obsession with justice, as well as really bad luck.
Effie
Knight. Elise's retainer, Effie, is a strong soldier who lives to protect others. She needs a lot of food due to her constant training.
Nyx
Dark Mage. Nyx is especially talented with curses. This mysterious mage looks much, much younger than she really is.
Charlotte
Fighter. Charlotte acts sweet and innocent, but loves to fight and dreams of marrying into a wealthy family.
Benny
Knight. Benny is a border guard with a rough demeanor that makes people fear him, but he's actually gentle and timid.
Mikoto
The Queen of Hoshido, who took the throne after the death of her husband. Kind and loving, Queen Mikoto wants peace for her kingdom.
Ryoma
High Prince of Hoshido, and wielder of the legendary Raijinto. He is very hard on himself and follows the bushido code.
Takumi
Hoshidan prince who wields a legendary bow. A bit moody, but kind to those he loves.
Saizo
Ninja. Kaze's twin brother, Saizo is unfailingly loyal to Ryoma. He's curt and tactiturn with others, though.
Kagero
Ninja. Retainer to Ryoma. Serious and loyal to a fault, Kagero has been best friends with Orochi since they were kids.
Hinata
Samurai. Hinata serves Takumi and has an honest, optimistic personality--but still manages to get into fights.
Oboro
Spear Fighter. Takumi's retainer, Oboro, has sworn revenge upon the Nohrians for killing her parents.
Hinoka
Sky Knight. Hinoka is the eldest Hoshidan princess. She's a powerful warrior and skilled flyer with a dedication to defending her kingdom.
Sakura
Shrine Maiden. The youngest princess of Hoshido. Sakura has a kind heart and can't abide suffering, but she's surprisingly strong willed for one so shy.
Azama
Monk. Azama serves Hinoka, and is often aloof and philosophical.
Setsuna
Archer. Setsuna is Hinoka's retainer, and can be absent-minded and dreamy. Luckily, she also has nerves of steel.
Subaki
Sky Knight. Subaki is Sakura's retainer. Trained to be perfect, he's easygoing, handsome, and skilled.
Hana
Samurai. Hana serves as Sakura's retainer, and is outgoing and boisterous. She's among the finest katana wielders in the kingdom due to a punishing practice regimen.
Hayato
Diviner. A young orphan from the Wind Tribe, Hayato is a magical prodigy. He's sensitive about his young looks and tends to overcompensate.
Rinkah
Oni Savage. Daughter of the Flame Tribe's chieftain, Rinkah is passionate and powerful. She has no patience for "civilized" rules, but fiercely maintains her tribal traditions.
Orochi
Diviner. Orochi basically grew up in the castle, since her parents were also royal diviners. She has a cheerful, playful personality.
Gunter
A Nohrian knight who serves as your character's retainer. He's warm-hearted, but very hard on himself and others.
Felicia
Maid. Originally from the Ice Tribe, Felicia is a hard worker and skilled in combat, but clumsy and prone to breaking things.
Jakob
Butler. Jakob is a multilatented butler who serves you at home and on the battlefield. He's loyal to you, but generally cool toward others.
Kaze
Ninja. Polite and calm, Kaze is willing to give up his very life for his chosen liege.
Silas
Cavalier. Nohrian by birth, he's a childhood friend of yours. Kind and skilled in battle.
